If you, a friend, or a family member has been sexually assaulted, call us for help. Trained SATC crisis workers are on duty 24 hours a day and 7 days a week to provide confidential support, information, and advocacy.
If you’ve experienced sexual violence, support is available. You can talk with someone at the Sex Abuse Treatment Center (SATC) by calling the 24-hour hotline at 808-524-7273, or by using web chat (Monday–Friday, 8:30 a.m.–4:00 p.m., excluding holidays). You don’t have to go through this alone.
Sexual violence is broadly defined as any forced, tricked, or coerced sexual activity.
Sexual violence can affect anyone and may involve sexual activity without consent, including situations where someone is pressured, forced, or unable to consent due to age, disability, or substances. If this has happened to you, SATC offers supportive services and resources to help you navigate what comes next at your own pace.
The Sex Abuse Treatment Center (SATC) offers confidential, comprehensive support for people affected by sexual violence, including a 24-hour hotline, web chat, medical care, and counseling. Survivors and their non-offending family members can access immediate support, medical forensic exams, and longer-term therapy to support healing at their own pace.
Sexual assault can happen to anyone. Identity-Centered Options connects survivors to supportive, inclusive care that reflects their identity, age, and lived experience. You can explore options that feel right for you and access confidential support without pressure or expectations.
Risk & Follow-Up Support provides clear, supportive information to help survivors understand health, safety, and emotional concerns after sexual violence. You can explore follow-up care and options at your own pace, with support available whenever you’re ready.

Medical care following a sexual assault is important even if you have no visible injuries. Medical Care is available to adults and minors, females and males.
